For Tree Children Boxes

Due to the unique nature of the Tree Children Box, we are unable to offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed and shipped. For subscriptions, no refunds are available for amounts already paid, but you can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.

If your box arrives damaged due to delivery issues, we are happy to send a replacement. Simply provide evidence of the damage, and we’ll take care of the rest.
